Abstract
Introdução: A eletromiografia permite o registro dos sinais elétricos causado pelas células musculares, possibilita analisar a ativação muscular durante a realização do movimento. Exame visual onde se observar largura e amplitude do sinal eletromiograifco na ativação muscular durante a execução do exercício. Objetivo: O objetivo do presente estudo realizado é analisar a ativação eletromiografica do peitoral maior e do deltóide anterior no supino reto com barra. Material e Métodos: Participaram desse estudo 22 indivíduos, fisicamente ativos do sexo masculino da faixa etária de 24,50 ± 4,25 anos de idade, massa corporal (kg) 77,05 ± 12,40, estatura (m) 1,77 ± 0,07, IMC (kg.m-1) de 24,65 ± 3,42. Resultados: Não houve diferença significativa (p = 0,777) entre a ativação eletromiográfica do peitoral maior (303,13 ± 115,04 s) e a ativação eletromiográfica do deltoide anterior (295,37 ± 159,69 s). Considerações Finais: Conclui-se que não houve diferença significativa na ativação do peitoral maior e do deltoide anterior no exercício do supino reto com barra em indivíduos treinados.

Results: There was no significant difference (p = 0.777) between the electromyographic activation of the pectoralis major (303.13 ± 115.04 Final Considerations: It was concluded that there was no significant difference in the active-tion of the pectoralis major and the anterior deltoid in the exercise of the supine rectum with bar in trained individuals.
