Identidade virtual: um novo paradigma

Abstract

O presente trabalho toma como objetivo de análise a comunicação interpessoal, verificada nas salas de chat (UOL, Terra, Yahoo), buscando detectar mudanças na identidade pessoal em detrimento da identidade virtual. É intuito deste estudo, e em função dos resultados obtidos, discutir os pressupostos da comunicação virtual, a fim de estabelecer novos parâmetros para a construção deste recente fenômeno no diálogo que ele estabelece com as teorias sociais do discurso e o ambiente da Internet.This research aims at analyzing the interpersonal communications which take place at internet chats (UOL, Terra, Yahoo), trying to detect changes in the personal identity in detriment of the virtual identity. This document has as its objective, based on the results found, the discussion of the basis of virtual communication, aiming at establishing new parameters for the construction of this recent phenomenon in the discussion that it establishes with the social theories of speech and the Internet environment.
